How We Work:
Scooped waste is neatly double bagged and placed in your outside trash container. If one is not available, we will leave it by the garage.
We will do our best to schedule around your lawn service, if you have one.
We operate year round. Should new snow prevent us from working, a credit is added to your invoice offsetting a portion of that day's charge. The net result is a discounted monthly invoice.
We may on occasion observe a major holiday. Billing for the missed visit will be handled like the Snow Policy noted above.
Unlike your pet, we are human and may miss a pile on occasion. We will find it next time!
No contracts; cancel at any time.
Unlike many others, we do not require pre-payment. We invoice once per calendar month following service.
We have paper and electronic billing options. Payment is accepted via bank card, Venmo, Zelle or check.
